orders shipped within the netherlands, portugal, and spain travel complimentary, with no minimum purchase required.
each order moves by tracked service. your tracking details arrive as soon as the piece leaves the studio.
while we watch every shipment closely, fenda is not responsible for delays once a parcel has been handed to the carrier. if tracking shows no movement after 10 business days, reach out at hello@fendastudio.com
international | tracked and insured
orders to canada, japan, switzerland, the united kingdom, and the united states ship via tracked, insured delivery. shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination.
customs duties, import taxes, and local charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. customs procedures vary by country, and delays or additional charges may occur during clearance.
for destinations with known import restrictions, reach out before ordering so we can confirm eligibility together.
production | made to order
each piece is handcrafted individually in our haarlem studio. production typically requires two weeks from the date payment is confirmed, depending on the complexity of the piece and current material availability.
you will be notified when your order enters production, and again once it has been dispatched. if you are working to a specific timeline, contact us before placing your order. we will always do what we can.
in exceptional circumstances, material delays or periods of high demand may extend production. should this affect your order, we will let you know promptly.
a note on timelines
all delivery estimates are offered in good faith and cannot be guaranteed. factors outside our control, payment authorisation, carrier disruptions, customs processing, may affect final delivery dates.
once a parcel has been collected by the carrier, responsibility for transit rests with the shipping provider. if something significant arises, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
returns and exchanges
each piece is made to order and formed to specification from the moment production begins. under EU consumer law, goods made to a customer's specifications are not subject to the standard right of withdrawal, as they cannot reasonably be resold. for this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
if your piece arrives damaged or with a manufacturing fault, contact us at hello@fendastudio.com within 14 days of receipt. include your order number and a photo of the issue. we will assess and resolve it promptly, through repair, remake, or replacement, at our discretion.

this does not affect your statutory rights under the EU legal guarantee of conformity.
ring resizing
we want your piece to fit as it should. if you are unsure of your size before ordering, reach out. we are glad to guide you through it.
should a resize be needed after receipt, contact us within 30 days. your first resize is complimentary.
subsequent resizes are priced from €40 for sterling silver, and from €90 for gold and custom pieces, depending on complexity. resizing depends on the design and metal of the piece. some constructions have limitations, and we will always be transparent about what is possible before any work begins.
custom and commissioned work
custom and commissioned pieces are final sale. we encourage a careful review of all design details before confirming an order.
