all orders within australia are shipped complimentary, with no minimum purchase required. each order travels via a tracked service | your tracking details will be shared as soon as your piece leaves the studio.

while we keep a close eye on every shipment, fenda is not responsible for delays once a parcel has been handed to the carrier. if your tracking shows no movement after 10 business days, please reach out at hello@fendastudio.com

international orders are shipped via dhl express, with tracked and insured delivery to most destinations worldwide. shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.

customs duties, import taxes, and any local charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping cost. as customs procedures vary by country, delays or additional charges may occur during clearance.

for destinations with known import restrictions, we recommend getting in touch before ordering so we can confirm eligibility together.

each piece is individually handcrafted in our studio. production typically requires 5-20 business days from the date payment is confirmed, depending on the complexity of the piece and current material availability.

you will be notified when your order enters production and again once it has been dispatched. if you are working to a specific timeline, please contact us before placing your order | we will always do our best to accommodate.

in exceptional circumstances | material delays or periods of high demand | production times may be extended. should this affect your order, we will let you know promptly.

all delivery estimates are offered in good faith but cannot be guaranteed. factors outside our control | payment authorisation, carrier disruptions, customs processing | may affect final delivery dates.

once a parcel has been collected by the carrier, responsibility for transit rests with the shipping provider. if something significant arises, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
