faulty or damaged pieces

each fenda piece is made to order, shaped to specification from the moment production begins. under EU consumer law, made-to-order goods are excluded from the standard right of withdrawal, so we're unable to accept returns for a change of mind.

if your piece arrives damaged or with a craftsmanship fault, tell us within 14 days of receipt. include your order details and describe the issue below, and we'll assess it promptly, through repair, remake, or replacement.

this does not affect your statutory rights under the EU legal guarantee of conformity.
